How To Make a Booking

Booking Walt Disneys Villa is simple and can be done in just a few minutes by following   simple steps as highlighted below.

 What Will I Need To Do?

You will need to check the availability, view the villa   cost against its low, mid or high season banding, familiarize yourself with   our terms and conditions of booking then complete the booking on-line form, submit it back to us by   email and post your payment to the address below.

Your booking will then be provissionaly held for 5 days maximum, this period will ensure that no other person can book your preferred dates whilst you are getting your payment to us.

How to make a booking on-line or by post is explained in detail below

Check Availability:- Click on the "Availability" tab this will open up a   calendar. The calendar is simple to read any dates shown in   White = date available, dates coloured in Red = date un-available, dates provisionally booked and being held awaiting payment will be highlighted in Purple

View Villa Prices & Offers:- Walt Disneys Villa has just three pricing   structures covering the whole year marked as follows Low / Mid / High season, each season is then matched by a colour band this then corresponds with the same coloured banding the chargeable weekly rate, just click on the 'Prices / Offers' tab to see these great rates.

Terms & Conditions for Booking of Villa:- Just click on the 'Booking Terms' tab, this can be found by   running your cursor over the 'booking Info' tab further tabs will then appear click on the 'Booking Terms' tab   and then read the terms & conditions about booking Walt Disneys Villa. The terms are very   detailed and include everything you need to know   about booking the villa, making payment/s, security bond, cancellation and management company etc.

Completing the Booking On-Line Form:- By placing your cursor over   the 'Booking Info' tab further tabs appear, click on the tab marked 'Booking On-Line' and complete the form; Note some fields are mandatory and the form will not submit without these fields being filled in. The more you can detail on this form allows us to best tailor your holiday to suit your personal needs. Once you have completed the form please submit it by pressing the 'submit' tab at the bottom of the page.

Once you have submitted the On-Line booking form to us, we will email you back confirming   your vacation dates and advise you that they will be provisionally held for 5 days to allow you to get payment to us.

Completing the Booking Form to Post:- By placing your cursor over   the 'Booking Info' tab further tabs appear, click on the tab marked 'Booking by Post' print of this form complete it fully and return it with a signed copy of our terms   & conditions and your payment (this will be the full payment plus security   bond of £200 if you are traveling within 10 weeks of you making the booking or 20% of your villa costs if you have more than 10 weeks to go before travelling) to the address visible at the bottom of this page.

How Much Do I Need To Pay & Where Do I Send Payment To?:- If your booking is   made and   there are still 10 weeks or more before you fly then the payment amount   you will need to send will be 20% of your total villa cost, the rest of the balance and your fully refundable security   bond of £200 will then need to be with   paid no later than 10 weeks before your arrival into Walt Disneys   Villa. If at the time of booking you have   less than 10 weeks before you travel, then the whole sum including the fully refundable security   bond becomes due and payable.

Ensure that all payments sent either have a copy of the booking form or email confirmation attached or full name and address and dates booked.
