              Walt Disneys Villa

Walt Disneys Villa is a typical floridian style, well proportioned executive home.  It has been tastefully decorated and is equipped with many extra features.  This includes a fully air conditioned unit comprising of a heat facility and for your added comfort each room has a ceiling fan fitted including the lanai area to the pool.  The villa will comfortably sleep 10 people and benefits from smoke detectors and pool alarms for total safety. The inclusion of free broadband and free local telephone calls  makes this an ideal family home.

On entering the grand porch there is a formal dining area situated on the right.  The large six seated table has views to the front garden.

Adjoining the formal dining area is the first lounge.  This comprises of two comfortable sofas one is a sofa bed, an armchair, two table lamps and a coffee table.  The patio doors lead to the pool area and the stunning open views to the rear of the villa. 

The archway of the lounge leads into the kitchen/diner.  The glass dining table seats four people and has views overlooking the pool.  From here you then walk into the family room and also access the kitchen.

The very spacious family room is ideally situated of the kitchen.  With its high volted ceilings this delightful room comprises of two comfortable sofas, an armchair, two table lamps and a glass coffee table.  This room also harbours a 52" Widescreen TV with Satellite its like having your own cinema in front of you, a DVD/CD/Radio is also available here.  The patio doors gives you easy access to the pool and deck area. 

The spacious fitted kitchen comprises of all the home from home commodity's you would expect such as a full size cooker with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large American fridge/freezer with ice maker and a telephone.  Supplied is all the crockery you will need along with cutlery and cooking utensils even tea towels.  All the electrical kitchen gadgets are contained here such as automatic kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer and coffee maker are supplied for your use.  Just of the kitchen there is a built in cupboard which harbours the iron and vacuum cleaner.  Next to this is the utility room which comprises of the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.  The door leading from here gives you direct access to the games room. 

The spacious master bedroom comprises of a queen size bed with co-ordinated bedside tables, dressing table, mirror and lamps.  There is also a 22" Satellite TV and elecric clock radio.  The patio doors give you direct access onto the pool and deck area with stunning private views.  Another door leads you to the large walk in closet which houses the Free Safe you then enter the extensive ensuite bathroom.  Here you will find twin vanity basins with cupboards, towels and a hairdryer.  A large walk in shower cubicle easily made for two is situated next to the deep bath tub and seperate wc.

Bedroom two comprises of a double bed and co-ordinated drawers and a built in closet.  A computer workstation is located in here for your convenience with Free High Speed Broadband Internet Access (just bring your laptop and connect).  There is an adjoining bathroom which comprises of a vanity unit, walk in shower and wc.  There is immediate access from here onto the pool deck area making this room ideal for a pool w.c and shower room to.

Bedroom 3 has 'Mickey Mouse' theme with twin beds, large closet and plenty of drawer space. There is a 13" TV located in this room qith built in Video player and a Playstation 2 this also plays DVD's.

Bedroom 4 has a 'Disney Princess' theme, twin beds, large closet and plenty of drawer space. There is a 13" Disney Princess TV located in this room, with a seperate DVD player.
"Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a third bathroom which consists of a vanity unit, bath with shower. All towels (including pool towels) are provided and hairdryers can be found in the bathrooms."
